All our guest rooms are en suite with views either over the garden towards the lake and fells, or over the treetops.
Bedrooms have huge comfy 6ft beds with beautiful bed linen, and flat screen television with dvd and radio/cd players.
( There's even a gorgeous 2 bedroomed hideaway at the top of the house ideal for a romantic break or honeymoon, but also perfect for families or friends travelling together.)
Delicious 'Aga' breakfasts are served round a big oak table in our family dining room overlooking the garden,
from 8.45 to 9.30.
The daily menu includes goodies such as warm home made bread, 'Aga' pancakes with lashings of maple syrup, grilled halloumi cheese, and of course, a traditional English breakfast.
